Meal prep is important, no doubt about it. But, why? We’ve heard from literally thousands of people who talk about how much they want to lose weight, but when it comes right down to it, we rarely see any action to back that talk. What kind of action? Well, they may exercise, drink water and cut out calories, which are all valuable.
